For more than 18 years, we have provided high-quality CAT mounts for the 3500 and 3400 series, with future plans to expand services to other CAT mount types. Our Polyurethane Truck Bushes

Our polyurethane truck bushes are another highlight of our range. We produce two grades of 90A high-performance polyurethane for your suspension needs: the straight polyurethane 90A high-performance (red) and the Graphithane 90A graphite blended polyurethane (black/silver). We offer bushings for most truck and machinery models, ensuring your equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.

We create various suspension components for trucks, cars and trailers, customising polyurethane for specific models to ensure durability and quality. We also offer high-weld self-lubricating grader turn table and slide parts using Graphithane LF75D, a steel alternative, for 12, 14 and 16 grader types, providing reliable performance with minimal upkeep.

Our skilled team at Polymac Australia also manufactures non-corrosive power caps that are suitable for various electrical applications. Our power caps are designed for 60amp, 125amp, 150amp and 300/425amp needs, featuring stainless steel locking pins and colouring according to Australian safety standards.

We Also Offer Polyurethane Sheets

We also offer polyurethane sheets and billets, which are suitable for many purposes, such as benchtops and screen doors. These are available in various colours, sizes and duros. All duros under 90A require cast moulding as they cannot be machined. Sheetings, rods and nylons are also available.

Additionally, we can produce other specialised polyurethane products, such as hi-wear pads, grader tableware components, boom slides, conveyor cleaners and conveyor skirting.
